E2 visa to the USA for a citizen of the Russian Federation

Oleg is 35 and has a small construction business in the Moscow suburbs. He wants to develop this business by doing construction in the USA. He is already doing it as an investor and now plans to start doing it himself.

The process of registration

For Oleg we chose the way through getting an American E2 visa for 5 years. As a Russian citizen he cannot get this visa, but with Grenada citizenship it is very easy to get it, especially considering Oleg has never been involved in politics.

Grenada and Turkey were considered. Oleg likes Turkey, but still leaned towards Grenada, because for him a luxury hotel under management with dividends in Grenada is more stable than real estate in Turkey, which he did not want to do.

Finalizing the case

Oleg with his wife and two small children received their Grenada passports in April this year.

Now we are preparing documents for the States. We will submit them in Europe, most likely in Poland or Italy.
