In 2015, I founded GARANT IN. Ten years later, I’m still doing what I’ve always done: guiding people through migration and investment decisions with clarity and care.

Over 16 years in this field have taught me that expertise matters—but trust and execution matter even more.

The history of GARANT IN creation

2008

In 2008, a young entrepreneur, Andrey Boyko, faced challenges when applying for a European visa. After navigating the process himself, he realized he could help others. Soon, his first client came for assistance with a residence permit — and that’s when the idea was born.

The first residence permits in Europe

2009 - 2015

From 2009 to 2014, the Garant visa center operated before evolving into a licensed agency. In 2015, it became officially known as “GARANT IN,” with a focus on residency and citizenship programs.

Launch of the new destinations

2017 - 2020

2017 was a year of growth: we expanded to Spain and Italy. By 2019, we launched a program for St. Kitts and Nevis, followed by Turkey and Portugal in 2020. Not even the pandemic slowed us down — we became one of the leading firms for French residency.

Launch of destinations Vanuatu and Grenada

2021

In 2021, we introduced fast-track citizenship through Vanuatu — processed in just one month. That same year, we launched Grenada’s citizenship program, achieving a 100% success rate.

Opening of our Dubai office

2022 - 2024

In 2022, we opened our Dubai office, accelerating service for our international clients. By 2024, we had moved beyond standard programs to offer bespoke solutions tailored to each client.

Opening an office in India (New Delhi)

2025

In 2025, we launched operations in India with the opening of our New Delhi office — strengthening our presence in South Asia and bringing our expertise closer to the region’s investors and families.

2026

In 2026, GARANT.in continues to strengthen its international presence by opening an office in Mumbai—one of Asia’s key business hubs. This has enabled the company to expand its professional support capabilities and make relocation services even more accessible. Today, our experts assist clients at every stage of the move, including the most complex and non-standard cases. The team is always ready to offer effective solutions and provide reliable support.
