A cookie is a small text file that the Website places in your browser on visit. Cookies allow us to remember your settings, preferences and actions between visits, and to collect anonymised traffic statistics.

Necessary (technical). Ensure basic Website operation: remembering the selected language, form drafts, protection against automated submissions. Without them the Website will not work. These cookies are set without separate consent.

Analytical. Help us understand how visitors use the Website: which pages they open, where they come from, on which devices. We use Yandex.Metrika. The data is anonymised and collected in aggregate form.

Marketing. Used to tailor advertising and measure ad performance (Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag). They are loaded only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

On first visit a banner appears at the bottom of the page with a choice: accept all cookies, accept only necessary, or open settings. Your choice is stored in a cookie for 12 months.

If you decline marketing cookies, the corresponding scripts are not loaded and do not transmit data to advertising systems.

You can change your decision at any time by deleting the cookie named garant_consent in your browser settings — on the next visit the banner will appear again.

Most browsers let you view, delete and block cookies in settings. Deleting cookies does not affect your ability to use the Website but resets saved preferences.

We may update this Policy when the set of technologies we use changes or when required by law. The date of the latest update is shown at the top. Material changes take effect from the moment the updated version is published.
