Spain's golden visa opens up new opportunities. Get to know the story of Eugene K.

Evgeny K, Muscovite, 41 years old. Accessed September 2019.

He owns several stores selling European, including Spanish, sanitary ware. He often comes to Spain on business matters, sometimes with his wife and daughter. While he solves his issues, loved ones are on vacation.

Over time, the family decided that they needed a Golden Visa of Spain. This status would allow them to successfully combine business development with vacation, without worrying about the terms of stay and opening visas.

At the first interview with Eugene, when choosing a strategy, we applied a comprehensive approach, taking into account all the circumstances. In particular, we took into account two important factors:

  1. The client's mother, a pensioner, is dependent on him and he would not mind issuing a Golden Visa for her;
  2. the daughter, a high school student, is an avid painter.

The following decision is made. The family buys a large house in the Lloret de Mar region. On the basis of the purchase gets a Golden visa (including Eugenia's mother). She will live in the house permanently, and the couple and their daughter will live in the house on visits. Part of the house owners will temporarily rent to their compatriots who come on vacation in Lloret de Mar. Daughter Elena, having finished school, will study in Barcelona as a restorer.

Stages of work on the case

September and early October. We signed the contract, collected the package of documents together with the spouses. We processed it and carried out the initial verification.

Eugene already had his own account in a bank in Spain. They opened an NIE for him remotely. The lawyers started looking for suitable real estate.

The end of October. Three different objects were chosen. Using a tourist visa to Spain, which Eugene had, he visited the region of Lloret de Mar, where, accompanied by a lawyer, inspected the objects and chose the one he liked.

In November the transaction took place. Immediately applied for D visas, sent copies of documents to the ODE.

A month later came a positive response from the immigration authorities.

In December, the family and retired mother arrived in Spain. Accompanied by a lawyer, they took fingerprints and gave the original documents to the ODE. They returned to Moscow.

At the beginning of January, the residence permit cards were ready. The lawyer received them by power of attorney, and sent them by courier mail to Eugene's place of residence.

The result of the work

The case was closed in 5 months. Eugene and his family received Golden visas of Spain. They can now realize their plans here.
