Anatoly S., a 39-year-old businessman from Moscow, applied in April.

The goal was to become a resident of a developed European country with low taxes.

The client already held several passports from other countries, as well as a Ukrainian residence permit.

We suggested Andorra, as it stands out among European countries for its low tax rates (personal income tax is 10% if income exceeds €40,000 per year, and no tax is charged on income below €23,000 per year). Anatoly approved the choice and signed a cooperation agreement.

Stages of Cooperation

It took just over a month to gather and process the required documents. During this time, we also:

  • opened a bank account in Andorra for Anatoly,
  • arranged a virtual lease in the country.

At the beginning of June, the client arrived at the Toulouse airport, where he was met by a lawyer who accompanied him to the Department of Migration. Together, they:

  • filed an application for a residence permit,
  • arranged for a medical certificate for the client.

During the same period, Anatoly transferred the required funds to the Ministry of Finance's bank account, and the lawyer informed the Department of the transfer.

The client received a temporary identity card from the Department, and three weeks later, he received his residence permit card.

Within three months, he made a major real estate investment in Andorra, amounting to €350,000. The tax on real estate purchases was 4%.

Anatoly has received his residence permit and now resides in Andorra as a tax resident. He plans to pursue citizenship in the future.
