French Residence Permit for FNP in a Short Period of Time

French Residence Permit for FNP in a Short Period of Time

Oleg is the head of one of the departments in a large Russian company. He has a wife and two children who are studying in France. Oleg has been in love with this country since his youth. He has two apartments in Paris and Nice.

During the quarantine, visiting the country was limited. Oleg had to use the services of business aviation and pay 4000-5000 euros per seat one way.

In September 2021, he came to us with the modest need to obtain a French residence permit to fly freely as a white person, regardless of the pandemic's conditioning.

Also included in the application were minor children and a spouse. The sons had study visas, but they were coming to the end of their terms.

In 3.5 weeks, we gathered all the necessary documents ourselves:

  • color birth certificates of all family members (original with apostille, notarized copy);
  • marriage certificate (original with apostille, notarized copy);
  • color copies of passports (foreign and internal)
  • education documents (diploma) (notarized copy with apostille);
  • certificates from work, confirming labor activity (originals);
  • certificate of absence of debts from the tax office (original);
  • certificate of ownership (original);
  • certificates from educational institutions in France, where the children are studying (original);
  • certificate from the bank on the availability of funds in the account for each family member (original);
  • certificate of absence of criminal record;
  • Immigrant visa and residence permit applications;
  • French real estate purchase contracts and utility bills;
  • motivation, cover , and legal letters;
  • a written commitment not to work in France;
  • a power of attorney for the right to represent the applicant in official instances in France.

We made notarized translations, certifications, and apostilles of documents in Paris. The client was also issued medical insurance by an accredited French company.

A vaccination certificate was added to the list of documents. Oleg had a European vaccination certificate, as the last dose was received in France during his last trip. His wife and children were also vaccinated by Pfizer.

On September 25, they applied to the embassy for a visa. It was ready on the fifth day.

In the first days of November, 2 weeks later, Oleg flew to France and we activated his residence permit.

Soon the client will be invited to the medical exam.

Results of work on the case

At Oleg's request, we issued a French residence permit for him, his spouse, and his children in the shortest possible time. Now he will be able to visit the country without any restrictions. The good news for the client was the increase in flights from Russia from November 2021.
